Find a workout that works for you at American Family Fitness. Whether you need personal training or enjoy group workouts, we have many classes and talented instructors to help you tone, shape, and build muscles. Choose between cardio classes, high intensity training, dance classes, yoga, and a full array of free weights focusing on every body part. 

You'll enjoy our modern and up-to-date gym equipment as well as our many amenities including a smoothie bar, a childcare facility, and tanning booths. Ask about our discounted membership fees for veterans, students, corporate, and family members. You can get 10% OFF for paying in full for 12 months.

Our Gym Workout Options

  • Weight room: Free weights, Nautilus Full Circuit Machines, etc. 
  •  High intensity rig including kettle bells, boxes, rubber weights, rings, heavy bag, etc. 
  • Full array of free weights focusing on every body part - barbells, dumbbells, free weights, machine weights, etc. 
  • Cardio equipment: (no children under 12 in weight or cardio room) treadmills, ellipticals, step mills, etc. 
  • Group fitness: Zumba, tabata, power hour, Pilates, yoga, silver sneakers, spin class, hip-hop class, etc. 
  • Personal training: 4 personal trainers that can help you get in the shape you need, 1-hour training sessions, and package deals are available.

  • Tanning booths: (open during desk hours) 15-minute increments, 3 tanning booths available
